BANK COTTAGE FIRE RESTORATION

We viewed this fire damaged property with the customer before they purchased. It required a complete renovation and we advised on how to best utilise the space resulting in completely rearranging the upstairs layout. We carried out all the building work, roof, kitchen and bathroom replacement and tiling bringing in other trades were required and project managing. Leaving a lovely property for holiday letting in the peak district.

1920S PROPERTY MODERNISATION WITH ALTERATIONS

Customers property layout ws a small kitchen dining room and lounge with an over large bay window and artexing throughout, some ceilings had artexing and false beams. We advised the customer on how to make the best of the space and how to clean finish the walls and ceilings. We knocked the kitchen through to the dining room moving the kitchen window electrics and plumbing. Fitted a new kitchen wall and floor tiled lowered ceilings overboard walls and plastered throughout. Finally bricking up the Bay window by 1 meter replacing the bay window and door and rendering where necessary. Creating a modern clean finished family home.
